In March 2018 and in association with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), the Foundation undertook a project (funded through the DfID Good Governance Fund) in Georgia. This is aimed at establishing a commercial court to improve the quality of justice applied to business disputes and international commercial cases. Sir Nicholas Blake undertook an initial scoping trip and following on from his recommendations, the Foundation has agreed to continue working with PwC on the next phase of the project.
