The Foundation has worked with the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the Academy of Justice and the Supreme Court of Arbitrazh, the Moscow City Chamber of Advocates, and the St Petersburg Chamber of Lawyers to design and deliver a series of seminars in Moscow and St Petersburg. These seminars were for Russian judges and advocates on a range of issues of mutual interest including judicial independence and judicial conduct, issues connected with trial by jury and commercial dispute resolution.

The Foundation has also participated in several seminars on commercial law and practice hosted by Tyumen State University and the Supreme Commercial Court of the Russian Federation.

We also organised an intensive programme in London and Edinburgh on real property law for a delegation of judges and administrators from the Supreme Commercial Court. This included visits to Court of Session, Registers of Scotland, Judges of the High Court and Court of Appeal, the Land Registry, the First Tier Tribunal and the Law. The delegation also participated at a seminar on property law organised by the British Russian Lawyers Association.
